Etiquette during JA Worldwide Events

  • Responsible consumption: Alcohol may be served at certain JA Worldwide events, but it should always be consumed responsibly. Attendees are expected to exercise good judgment, remain professional, and be mindful of their own limits.

  • Professional conduct: Attendees are expected to maintain professionalism at all times. Behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or endangers the safety of others is not acceptable.

  • Transportation and safety: To ensure a safer and more cost-effective ride experience during the summit, we’ll be sharing a list of "Uber Buddies"—small groups of attendees who can coordinate rides together. This will help everyone stay in the loop, be on time, and travel safely. Once you receive your Uber Buddies list, please connect with your buddies and create a group chat. Use the chat to coordinate departure times and stay updated.
