JA Worldwide AI Ambassador Program Application

Be part of shaping the future of inclusive, AI-enabled learning at JA! It’s time for the second edition of the JA Worldwide AI Ambassador program, and this year features three groups within the global cohort. This program is part of JA Worldwide’s long-term commitment to responsible and inclusive AI integration. We are truly grateful for the 2025 journey and the insights and outcomes that emerged from it.

This year, we’re going bigger!

Group 1: Global

Group 2: Regional focus for JA Americas member nation staff

Group 3: Regional focus for JA Europe member nation staff

Our goal is to continue last year’s direction—Empowering youth to use AI with purpose—under the theme of inclusivity.

2026 Application Deadline: March 20

Group 1: Global

Inclusivity & Underserved Communities (Global)

This group will focus on reducing digital inequities by designing AI-enhanced experiences that are practical and realistic for underserved contexts by:

• Introducing AI literacy in areas with limited exposure to digital and AI education
• Addressing challenges related to low internet bandwidth and limited digital infrastructure
• Exploring low-bandwidth or offline AI-supported solutions where possible

Group 2: Americas

Inclusivity & Work Readiness

This group will aim to ensure equal opportunities to build skills and prepare for the job market by . . .

  • Closing the navigation gap by helping young people understand how the labor market works- including employer expectations, AI-driven hiring processes, and evolving skill demands

  • Expanding access to structured practice and feedback, addressing the youth who report difficulty finding jobs and those who mention lack of experience as a barrier

  • Bridging the experience and soft skills gap, responding to employers who report difficulty hiring youth due to lack of experience and soft skills

  • Using AI to provide personalized career guidance, helping young people explore pathways, improve CVs, and practice interviews, especially those without access to mentoring

  • Strengthening AI literacy as an inclusion priority, ensuring young people understand how AI shapes recruitment so a new digital divide does not emerge

Group 3: Europe

Inclusivity & Entrepreneurship

This group will aim to remove barriers to business creation by equipping diverse young people with the skills, tools, and support needed to turn ideas into viable ventures through:

  • Enabling young entrepreneurs to use AI tools to access crowdfunding, grants, and investment opportunities more easily

  • Building strong business and decision-making skills through AI-supported learning and mentoring

  • Helping young founders navigate legal, administrative, and financial requirements using AI guidance

  • Reducing barriers for underrepresented groups through accessible and personalized AI support

  • Using AI simulations and benchmarking to help first-time entrepreneurs build confidence and compete effectively
