JA Member Documents

Each local JA entity operates independently, with its own fiduciary board, yet is part of a global family of members linked by a common mission, Member Agreement, and Operational Framework.

Special thanks to everyone who participated in the network consultation that we conducted between October 14 and December 6, 2024 in order to make these latest updates to the JA Worldwide Operational Framework. We incorporated your feedback, and the changes have now been approved by the JA Worldwide Executive Committee, representing the JA Worldwide Board of Governors.  No vote or Member signatures are required for these changes, and the existing Accession Notices signed by Members remain in place.

These amendments to the Operational Framework are effective as of January 15, 2025:
