Claim Your GLC Badge(s)
If you chose your courses carefully (including watching videos) and demonstrate competency, you’ll earn one or more GLC badges. Whether honing an existing skill or pursuing a new one, GLC badges demonstrate specialties you honed through GLC.
When you attend three or more of the required courses at GLC Virtual 2025 for a particular badge pathway, you’ll earn a GLC badge.
To claim your badge(s), fill out the application form associated with each badge. The GLC team will send your badge(s) and instructions on how to upload your new specialties to LinkedIn.

Of course! The focus of the two events is different, with GLC Virtual focusing on functional training and GLC Rio focusing on leadership, innovation, and vision (with no functional training). If you have the budget and time to attend both, we highly recommend it.

GLC Virtual is designed for JA staff at all levels. As with GLC 2023, we will also have a session for board members. New for 2025, we have added sessions for JA alumni, teachers, and volunteers.
GLC Rio is designed for JA leaders around the world.

As with GLC 2021 and GLC Virtual 2023, GLC Virtual 2025 will be hosted on VFairs, with sessions conducted on Zoom.

Yes! Certain email platforms, like Outlook, will add the events as an additional calendar rather than integrating into your main calendar. Other email platforms will integrate all the items into your main calendar.
